Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get the raw footage from my event? No, like most professional videographers, we do not offer clients the raw event footage. Your product will arrive fully-edited.

How many videographers will arrive? One. Erica Summers has won many awards working weddings solo for over 16 years. She films with one camera pre-ceremony. Later, she subtly operates four low-profile cameras simultaneously during the ceremony and captures all special dances with 2-3 cameras, and then films the remainder of the evening with one camera.

Is a deposit required? If so, how much? And when is it due? A non-refundable upfront deposit is required to save your date. The deposit is half of the grand total. This amount saves your date and assures that your event is the only one scheduled for that day. The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event. It is important that we receive your deposit as soon as possible so that we may mark your wedding/event on our calendar to save the date just for you.

Other videographers are quoting me a similar price for only an edited montage of my wedding. Is this what I will be getting from you? No, your final product will be a fully edited DVD (usually between 20 and 90 minutes in length) that includes the full wedding ceremony, full first dance, full mother and father dances, and carefully-edited montages of all of the other great moments from your special day (i.e. the cake cutting, garter, bride and groom getting ready, etc). Our platinum package also includes a fully edited highlight reel to a song of your choosing which can be easily shared across social media platforms with those that wish to relive the magic or those who couldn't make it to your special day.
